Terms and Conditions — GharClick

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you register/sign up for an account on GharClick (gharclick.com) (“GharClick”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

By signing up, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
  • All information provided during sign-up (name, mobile number, email) is accurate and belongs to you.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
  • GharClick may suspend or terminate your account if you provide false information, violate these Terms, or misuse the Platform.

3. What You Agree To By Signing Up

  • Property Listings: Any listing you post must be accurate, must belong to you or a property you’re authorized to represent, and must not be fraudulent, duplicate, or misleading.
  • Communication Consent: You agree that GharClick, and other users you interact with (buyers, sellers, agents), may contact you via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding property enquiries, listings, or platform updates. You can opt out of promotional messages anytime.
  • Platform Role: You understand GharClick is only a listing and connection platform. We are not a broker or party to any transaction, and do not verify property ownership, legal title, or RERA status. Any deal, negotiation, or agreement is solely between you and the other user.
  • User Conduct: You agree not to misuse the Platform — no spam, scraping, impersonation, harassment, or posting unlawful/fraudulent content.

4. Fees

Signing up and posting listings is currently free. GharClick may introduce paid plans (premium listings, broker subscriptions, featured placements) in the future, and any charges will be clearly shown before you pay.

5. Liability

GharClick is not liable for the accuracy of listings, the conduct of other users, or the outcome of any transaction made through the Platform. Please independently verify property details and documents before proceeding with any deal.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of your GharClick account after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of GharClick’s registered office.
